Heading straight into the Summser, we’ve had such great time during the past month! Where did the time go?
On the last day of May, I would like to bring to our attention not only what we’ve learned together, rather what kind of bonding and sharing time we’ve been together on the pages of #AMCoffee.
This morning gathering has become an outlet for many to share part of who they are, to relate their daily needs, and ultimately to extend themselves as a solid support for anybody who needs it on this day, in this moment, NOW.
The community of women we’ve attracted to #AMCoffee cares about caring.
THANK YOU to ALL who has become an inseparable part of our unique connection on the pages of #AMCoffee and outside of them.

Good morning all. I would say my favorite was about our mothers or woman like our mothers. The stories were memorable.
Good morning ladies. I really enjoyed the Anti-Aging SkinCare Essentials Reminders. I wish I had been around for the Cooking With Herbs for Your Own Goodness. I would have loved to join that conversation!
Good morning I really thought they were all great topics I have to say I learned a lot of good information but the one about skin care and the sun protection was great
Karen,
I agree. I learned some great tips from the skin care topics.
I did to you must try the cucumber mask
I will have to go back and look. I did the tomato
Yes that one was a good topic. 🙂
Good morning!. My favorite was the skin care recipes
I love that one too Constance.
Good Morning. Picking my favorite topic was limited due to the fact that I missed so many of them because I had to work. If I had to choose, it would be yesterday’s hunger topic. I was able to fully participate and agreed with lots of the other comments by participants.
Morning all, at least I have the right day today!
Most memorable is the vaccine topic. We kept it civil which was the first time I have ever seen that. We are a great bunch of ladies!!!
My favorite topics is anything health/natural topics. I love finding out new things. I did learn to put orange peels in my vinegar thanks to Raye!
Yes that one was a real good one because it was so informational.
Most memorable was vaccines for me too for same reason 🙂
Good morning, my favorite was sunscreen information. I’ve learned a lot of great information from all the chats. Thanks so much.
Uh eww Pineapple soda is all I have guess it will have to do until I can raid king kullen!! Wish I could drink coffee … I had 1 sip of coffee @ my high school graduation party ,, was told in less then 3 minutes I collapsed to the floor,, in the process I cut my head open and had to go to the hospital!!! 8 hours later after stitches (oh joy, Not) and then I found out I am allergic to a chemical they process coffee beans with! Just the aroma alone knocks me out!! The only time I drink it is if I can’t get to sleep and I have to be sitting in my bed when I have it! CRAZY HUH!!!
I have never heard of that! Super crazy!
Wow thats crazy
Good morning, I believe my favorite topic was making clothing from bamboo. I recently meet a family that is allergic to cotton. I’ve never heard of this before but, they have to wear all polyester based clothing. So I had a conservation with them about Del-Sol. Anyone else heard of being allergic to cotton?
No that would really suck
hi 🙂 Honestly, my favorite topics were about eating disorders and yesterday’s… food banks
I enjoyed every single one!! I liked the vaccine one because those controversial issues don’t typically get discussed (and when they do they tend to get dramatic-but did not with this group 😉 )
Yes I was suprised it didn’t. .
Hey all! So many great topics but I really enjoyed yesterdays as I could really relate. I look forward to the next month of topics as I am trying to make this part of my daily routine. Makes me feel connected because my social life is ziltch…lol
In all seriousness the sunscreen was most informative!!
I was very surprised and learns something good info from the sunscreen one too

We’ve learned quite a bit this month about INFLAMMATION in our bodies. Why it happens and how to bring it down. If you remember –>
Inflammation is a precursor to heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, insulin resistance
One of the ways to get your bodily inflammation up and going is LACK OF SLEEP.
GO TO OUR #AMCOFFEE Where we discussed amazing facts about sleep and bring us YOUR TOP 3 facts that you did not know about how lack of sleep affects your body’s INFLAMMATION. (REPETITION MAKES IT BETTER TO REMEMBER!)
The top 3 things I didn’t know are: That during sleep you can :”strengthen memories or “practice” skills”. One that really surprised me is that Too much or too little sleep is associated with a shorter lifespan! I had no idea! And the 3rd thing that I didn’t realize is that sleep directly affects your skin’s health, particularly dark circles under your eyes, pale and unhealthy looking skin – that is me!!
I .learned sleep helps you loss weight help with inflammation. And helps improver our memory and and helps prevent illiness
Sleep helps my skin (maybe that is why I am at 35 and still breaking out, haha), attention a big one there, and finally stress.
It would really explain why in college my skin wasn’t so great!! …. lol, what sleep?
My top 3 are :
1 – I didn’t know that lack of sleep actually accentuated inflammation
2 – I didn’t know that lack of sleep can actually cause weight gain
3 – I didn’t know inflammation caused by lack of sleep can start to attack healthy tissue
I was surprised to learn it could shorten you life span. I believe the magic number for over 50 was 6.5hrs of sleep. I didn’t kknow that lack of sleep affects your bodys inflammation and in turn can cause other issues liked high blood pressure, heart disease and obesity
Yeah this was a shock to me too!!
1. Lowers immune system which affects inflammation
2. Can cause you to be over weight which in turn cause inflammation
3. Can cause insulin to mess up
Lack of sleep causes skin issues
Lack of sleep causes weight gain
Lack of sleep causes shorter life span
Lack of sleep causes skin issues,, Lack of sleep causes weight gain,, Lack of sleep causes shorter life span all of this shocks lil Shortie (me)
I learned, I cant win. Im always under sleeping or over sleeping. Sleep effects weight loss, sugar level , our skin, and our immunity systems. I don’t think I know one mom that has a good sleeping pattern. I always say, I sleep with one eye open.
I know I am always being poked in the night.”mom im thirsty or I gotta pee or mom the sun is up”
I didn’t know lack of sleep caused insulin changes, shorter life span or skin problems
I learned a lot that day!! I had no idea lack of sleep could cause weight gain /make it harder to lose weight
That more sleep could “strengthen” memories, that people who get less sleep have higher blood levels of inflammatory proteins than those who get more or that it could affect how long we live (or don’t) 😉
I did not realize inflammation can cause Arthritis, Dementia, Some Cancers, Irritable Bowel & Premature Aging. I also did not realize it’s a good thing in the sense it’s your body’s natural defense mechanism to repair tissue damage. And last I didn’t know People who have sleep apnea or insomnia can have an improvement in blood pressure and inflammation with treatment of the sleep disorders. Interesting….I have insomnia.
i did not know that lack of sleep can make you gain weight! definataley need to make sure to get the right amount of sleep so that your skin does not have issues either!
WE LEARNED SOME AMAZING APPLICATION OF STRAWBERRIES THIS MONTH OF MAY!
Strawberries connected to
– Reduced CRP (C-reactive protein) the indicator of body’s Inflammation
– Better memory
– Improve Bone health
– Bursting with phytonutrients
…. and WHY you gotta eat only Organic Strawberries
GO TO THE STRAWBERRY DISCUSSION AND BRING US YOUR MOST MEMORABLE FACTS YOU’VE LEARNED THAT DAY AND WANT TO SHARE WITH US AND OTHERS.
I didn’t get to join that conversation but as I read it now, I’m surprised that strawberries boost your memory. I actually just learned a lot more than that about strawberries. I had no idea that strawberries had so many health benefits!
Missed this day but had no clue it helped with bone health. Hmm, interesting.
It’s great for your face to it helps improve your skin didn’t know that all around they are great for us
@Karen, wasn’t there a mask that Laura posted that used mashed strawberries?
yes there was one with strawberrie
Boy, I’m sorry I missed this discussion. This one looked interesting especially since I love strawberries. I didn’t realize that strawberries were loaded with fiber. I knew about the Vitamin C. I also didn’t know that strawberries lower blood levels of C-reactive protein!
I have them in my frig right now for these reasons. 🙂 I have been snacking on frozen strawberries. Yummy.
Aldi’s had strawberries on sale for $1.29, I bought 4 packs just to freeze some for smoothies.
I want to make the smoothies with coconut water instead of yogurt. 🙂
Oo thats sounds yummy and refreshing Rebecca
I love Aldi …. I love when their pineapples and blueberries go on sale too!!
We have one but I have only been in there once in the 5 years I have lived here
I didn’t know that thwre were 600 different varieties of strawberries and that they could help improve you memory and they are good for your skin. You can have a snack and a facial
That’s crazy. 600 types? I had no idea either.
I know..I want to go to a strawberry tasting…forget the wine..ill take the strawberries
Strawberries have Potassium, vitamin K and Magnesium which are important for bone health.
my strawberries will be in this week they are almost ready cant wait to eat them
My son fed the 6 month old next door a unripe wild strawberry last week. Thank goodness she did not react to it.
It was so fast that he did it!
wow! Good thing! Glad she’s ok 🙂
Oh gosh
I seem to be more alert and less forgetful since I eat strawberry’s daily!
Strawberries helping with bone density was a surprise. And I am determined to start me a strawberry patch in a raised garden.
I had NO idea that there were 600 different varieties of strawberries!! wow!!
I learned there were over 600 varieties of strawberries (I never knew there were more than 20-LOL) …a good source of fiber and that I can fight wrinkles by rubbing them all over my face 😀
I always forget they are good source of fiber. Like a few others I am blown outta the water there are 600 types! I knew cantaloupe was good before trying to conceive but didn’t realize strawberries are good to get the body better prepared. We grow our own strawberries in a topsy turvy (thank you 99 cents store…lol). It’s a real bummer though because my son is allergic to them. I’m trying to slowly reintroduce them to him and hopefully make his allergy go away.
strawberries help with the bone density as well as memory that is just amazing because i can eat strawberries for days!
Me too
Are you doing your daily routine —> pampering yourself with a 10-minute Facial Mask that would give your skin Nutrients, Fresh Look, and prolong youthful Looks?
Go here and give me your best-liked FACIAL MASK that you’re already using or INTEND to use in your life.
Tell us YOUR WHY’s behind the use of your favorite facial mask!
No promises – JUST DO IT!
I’d be very interested in trying the BANANA MASKS. I love the smell of bananas and the taste so why not try them on my skin! I like that they help smooth wrinkles and also help with acne!
I have done the tomato mask two times since you posted this chat. I was noticing a difference and then I went to Canada this past weekend and forgot my regular facial soap. My face looks like a teenager now.
I should really use the tomatoes again.
I have never used a facial mask. BOO HOO! Would love to, but just never make time for it. Perhaps I need to change this.
@Carol, a lot of these masks you can make ahead of time and put in your fridge for later use.
I love the cucumber mast helps tighten skin and reduces wrinkles
Cucumber is one of my favorite FACIAL MASKS!
My hubby laughs at me when he sees me with my COLORFUL masks walking around or doing my #AMCoffee!
Hei, we’re multitasking while earning benefits, right?
ha do it when you can so refreshing lol
It’s funny, if we all had out web cams on what would we think of each other while we chat.
cucumber is awesome… also love to make and drink cucumber water… mmm
I use lemon its so simple. I also mix honey cinnamon and nutmeg its simple and yummy and I have it all in my kitchen already
Strawberries, heavy cream, and honey. I wonder what would happen if you use avocado with strawberries, honey and heavy cream.
Rebecca,
Avocado would moisturize the skin. But too many ingredients does not mean better mask!
You’re funny offering this mix!
You can try of course! ha, ha!
I think I am going to do it today and see what happens. 🙂
Rhat 1st part sounds good
I like the oatmeal and yogurt mask, they ate great.
I dislike yogurt, can bear to put it on my face.
oatmeal and yogurt mask…. first a mask… then breakfast!! lol
I use apri apricot facial scrub during every morning during my shower. no facial masks for me I don’t like them!
My daughter uses oatmeal and lemons mixed together. I must say, It makes a big mess to clean up.
I would try the banana mask… I love banana’s …. I’m a little scared I won’t like the texture though!! lol
Havent used any of them yet but plan on trying cucumber, yogurt, banana and strawberry ones once I get the ingredients to ( 😉 if the kids don’t eat all my ingredients again before I get to)
I know I would have to use then as soon as I bought them or the kids would eat them all
I wanna try the cucumber mask for oily skin to help cut the oil and puffiness. I also wanna try the banana one to help with this stupid adult acne I have now. Never had an issue growing up but hit 30 and bam! No fun.
i do not do the facial masks unfortunately right now i can not afford the extra monies for it but i will soon the refreshing look and feel is worth it!
I wont spend the extra money I just use what I have in the house at the time
Dairy products are a HUGE and very important part of our lives.
As a responsible citizen to your body, we gotta be aware of little facts about different things that make a difference in our health.
Go here and bring us here, into the Comments, the TOP 3 Most Memorable Facts you’ve learned this month about DAIRY PRODUCTS.
For me, it is high acidity in which all dairy products are digested and what we need to do to protect our bones from being compromised while enjoying dairy products.
WHAT’S YOURS? YOU’RE NEXT!
Woman over 50 have the highest bone fractures
We are the only mammals that feed from other mammals milk (this still blows my mind, but that is another topic)
Eat your greens!!!!
My top 3 :
1 – I have never heard of the product Kefir! Learned about a new one!
2 – I didn’t realize that Soy has high Estrogen content which can actually make you gain weight
3 – I didn’t realize that low levels of Vitamin D could lead to cancer
I’m learning a ton this morning! I learned that without vitamin D, 10-15 percent of dietary calcium is absorbed. Calcium is important for strong bones. I’m also surprised that Americans “top of the least with the most dairies consumed per year per person” and that women over the age of 50 have the highest rate of bone fractures and that we should consume lots of leafy greens with added calcium.
Vitamin d good bone health and we humans are the only one who drink milk after we grow up
That were are the only mammal s that use other mammals milk.i had not heard of Kefir. . And I didnt know that soy had high estrogen which can cause weight gain
America consumes the most dairy products.
Low levels of Vitamin d can lead to cancer.
We are the only mammals who continue to drink milk after becoming an adult.
1} Kefir which is a fermented dairy product boost immune system.
2} and 3} The us humans keep drinking baby food from other mammals.
1. Low vitiaman D- leads to cancer. 2. No dairy leads to low bone density. 3. I get frustrated with the eggs in diet. They say don’t eat egg, there bad for you and then say eat eggs we need the vitiamins. I guess we need just to watch our intake of eggs in diet.
Kefir has a strong influence on your immune system, boosts gut health, and improves the strength of bones. I’ve never even heard of Kefir.
COWS do not drink milk, yet they have some of the strongest bones ever…..interesting.
If a mother while she was pregnant drank milk, and her baby has been fed milk in the first two years of development – these two components product a very sad result. The risk of that baby of becoming DIABETIC increases dramatically! That’s insane! I had no idea!
must have the vitamins especially D or you can end up with very fragile bones as well as easy breaks, i am still shocked that cows do not drink milk? and i also know that we are the only mammals that drink milk after becoming an adult I just find that very very mystifying

If I could get courage I would cook it and feed it to my family just because of the good content in it.
I love that it is absorbing, fast drying. This would be great for my husband who just throws the towels on the ground damp.
It is soft and airing, does this make sense?
Low on sugar, great fiber, fast drying. I would love to try the bed sheets.
@Wendy, I am with you with the bed sheets. The image above is such a teaser.
Me too ladys
My top 3 :
1 – I never realized that you can eat bamboo – thought it was just for Panda Bears! LOL
2 – I didn’t realize that bamboo was rich in silica!
3 – I never realized that bamboo had anti-irritant properties
@Carol, remember it has to be cooked for us to eat it.
The top 3 bamboo qualities that are important to me are that bamboo shoots are low in sugar and high in protein (important in a family of diabetics). I love that it is a fantastic source of dietary fiber which is helpful in weightloss and when it comes to wearing bamboo, it cuts out 98% of harmful UV rays. That is a very important factor for me! I have bamboo sheets that I just love. They are so soft and breathable. And I also love that it’s one hundred percent biodegradable!!!
bamboo is know as Kinf of forest food low in sugar improves digest and appetite
oh and them bed sheets I would love to give them a try would be heaven
Wouldnt we all
I didn’t know that you could eat it and I can find it canned in the store. That bamboo cut out 98% of uv rays and it a obsorbs sweat. Its a good source of Slica
It improves appetite and digestion. Also can give you 8 essential and 2 semi-essential amino acids. As far as clothing goes it helps our environment. I would like to Bamboo V Neck Tee – Charcoal for prize.
I don’t need an increase in appetite
I have never tried bamboo, but would try. Bamboo is full of fiber. Helps with digestion, And you can wear bamboo clothing.
We grew bamboo when I was little. The anti-bacterial aspect in clothing made from bamboo would be a big deal in my house full of smelly boys. lol I never realized how good it is for you in your diet. I think it’s awesome it had qualities that help burn patients.
i want to win everything from them i am so wanting to try out their products i bet they are simply amazing!
bamboo is full of fiber! wearing bamboo helps shut out UV rays and its good for those of us that suffer from allergies it can really help!
It seems just all around good
FACTS THAT EMPOWER EVERY WOMAN
– To Be Strong
– To Be Healthy
– To Take Time for Ourselves
WHAT WAS THE MOST SURPRISING FACT ABOUT WATER THAT YOU NEVER KNEW?
Now, that you’re aware about the Youth Elixir, let’s share our TOP 3 WATER FACTS here you’ve learned about.
This way, we will remember better and incorporate this piece of knowledge into our daily lives.
I just have to say that I am shocked at all the crap that still is in our water (tap), seriously I have talked to people about the information that was provided in this chat.
Poor people in WV that still can not have drinking water, again another thing I have told people about since this chat.
It helps with skin health, it should we are made of water!
My top 3 –
1 – I never realized that water removes by-products of fat
2 – I never realized that water can actually remove wrinkles by hydrating your skin
3 – I never knew that water can cure a headache
ONe of my new years resolutions was to drink more water and I’m proud to say I stuck with it. I love that it is great for headaches (I had actually learned that from someone that was in the army). I really really love that it promotes weight loss by raising your metabolism, getting rid of fat by-products and suppressing your appetite (all I’ve found to be true since my resolution!). And finally that water helps keep you regular. I couldn’t believe the difference it made when is started drinking more water. All of these things happened and really improved my quality of life.
one thing I learned it helps with weight loss refreshes your body help you skin keeps you hydrated and drink it every day all day
@Jennifer, congrats on keeping your goal
Thank you!
That is great Jennifer
Finding out about all the unhealthy things in our water.
I was suprised at all the stuff that is left in the water. I didnt know that water could help with headaches. I know dranking water helps you feel better. I stopped dranking soda and drank lots of water and I felt so much better
@Constance, I know it makes me want to find a untouched spring somewhere in this all touched world.
Me too Elicia
1. Removes by-products of fat
2.Raises your metabolism and has zero calories
3 Gets rid of wrinkles. It’s the best anti-aging treatment around
There is pee in water. Never drink water that has been sitting in plastic water bottles that have been sitting in the sun. And water helps with anti-ageing and helps promote weight loss.
im mjust glad that there are zero calories and it will help with aging as well by keeping your skin hydrated!
I loooooove water. I got into the habit of drinking it when I was pregnant and it stuck. I love that it flushes out toxins. I drink enough of it I should be super thin…lol….considering it removes by-products of fat. I did not realize it gets rid of wrinkles. Good to know I’ll be smooth as a baby’s bottom all my life…hehehe. And I get horrible headaches so I always try to stay hydrated since a headache can be induced by water deprivation.
HERE’S ONE OF OUR DEARLY LOVED SUBJECTS ON TOP 10 FASHION HEALTH HAZARDS!
SHARE YOUR 1 OR 2 FACTS FROM YOUR LIFE YOU’RE “GUILTY” OF based on those TOP 10 FASHION HEALTH HAZARDS WE LISTED HERE!
For me, it was wearing tight belts when they were so “IN” at the time when I was in high school. No belts since that time at all. I actually do not like belts, and wear them only with my jeans! He, he.
Laura,
I have never been a belt person. My hips are too big. Belts make them look larger.
I am guilty of wearing flip flops constantly during the summer!
Because of this conversation this day I brought out a pair of flip flops that I bought two years ago that I never wear. Can’t remember the name of them but they have the arch and were expensive.
Yesterday. I wore them on my 2 mile walk. It was wonderful, no aches or pains.
I did enjoy this conversation and had learned a lot. I’m guilty of wearing sports bras a little too often (mainly at home when I get out of work). I’m also guilty of wearing flip flops and other sandals that are just as unsupportive.
I knew heels were bad I never were them I never where sports bras they cant help me big ear rings not for me either but all can be bad for you
I too wear sports bras or no bras a lot. .
I wear flip flops year long.
I wear flip flop all year round
@Constance my sis does to I cant stand them
I used to not karen. .I was self conscious about my feet..my dad called me ski feet.
Wearing shoes that hurt or even wear cheap flip flops with my high arches.
Spenco
That is the name of the flip flops that I bought that have a arch in them. The reviews on them are wonderful and I can confirm. I walked 2 miles yesterday in them and they were wonderful.
Wear a good bra, even durning workouts, belts should be a No-No, and wear shoes to support archs. I’m a flip flop queen , I must have 12 pair.
I m a flip flop lover and I just do not like to wear anything that makes my feet hot in the summer it drives me crazy
I wear flip flops all year long. Since I don’t work anymore I never have the need to wear “real” shoes. Plus my shoes wear out less because I don’t wear them much. 🙂 And I always have a sports bra on (actually 3 at a time) not just to exercise. I have a large chest region and just one regular bra won’t do the trick. It’s a pain!
As we are a huge crowd here who loves COFFEE, here’s a COFFEE page that we all love, as it was indeed the Celebration of Tastes, Yummy Presentation, and Wonderful Ideas where Coffee can take us, as far as its taste!
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY AND TEST AS A NEW COFFEE RECIPE FOR YOURSELF?
I remember this chat. I am a tea drinker no coffee, but they looked yummy!
I do not know if anyone remembers but I posted about putting coffee in brownies. Makes them yummy.
I must admit that I am not a fancy coffee drinker. I do like the flavored creamers, but that is as far I will go to try a new coffee beverage.
I’m a huge coffee lover and I think I’ve had all of these drinks at least once, except for the RISTRETTO. I’m going to have to try one of these. I’ll wait for a day that I really need a boost! haha
I just drink regular coffee never been to fancy coffee shops or even statbucks I am depriverd lol
I like flavored coffee but I dont drank it much. I love my sweet tea. I would taste them all..just to find something yummy
I would like to try MACCHIATO. Looks really good.
I want to try a Cappucino
I’m no fancy coffee drinker either, And I must confess, Ive never been to Star-Bucks. I’m not paying 6.00 for a cup of coffee .
I love mochas and macchiotos! Fraps and iced coffee. My fiance does not like coffee at all so I got rid of out coffee maker….not point in making just one cup. So getting coffee is a treat for me. I’d like to try an americano.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR TOP TIP, SUGGESTION, PIECE OF DATE OR KNOWLEDGE THAT EMPOWERS YOU, AND COULD EMPOWER ANY WOMAN?
Check this #AMCoffee that you were so happy to share and to learn from! This was one of my favorites for the month of MAY.
Missed this day but just skimming through I am bookmarking so I can go back.
Exfoliate! I don’t do it often enough!
I love to exfoliate that’s my only pampering I do for my self besides the cucumber mask which I love now
I didn’t have the pleasure of joining this particular conversation but I just learned that I should avoid PANTHENOL. I’ve always exfoliated my face but never thought to do my neck! Sheesh. So glad I read this.
Exfoliating can help so much
Always think positive and pass it on to others no matter what. One good thing happens in a day you can not say you had a bad day.
Smile, be positive it is contagious.
Yes it is Wendy
I missed this day and after looking at the date, I know why, I worked as a poll worker for that state elections. I was shocked that hair conditioner may lead to acne. I’m gonna remember to tell my daughter to always wash her hair first and then wash her face, Good tip.
Life tip: No is ok. You can never succeed unless you try and a fail is just a step in the process. If you’ve never failed maybe you’ve never really tried. Don’t be scared. Get your feet wet.

Product sponsors, brylane home – i love their products. I’d also love to learn more about tools and home repairs. 🙂
love them Jennifer get ideals
@Jennifer, look at the schools in your area. Ask if you could shadow for a day to see what it is like. Also, talk with the teacher. This may be hard though as preschools are out for the year.
Your second option is to ask moms in your area. If you go to the park or library and you see moms with older ones than yours. Just ask them, I am sure they can offer a school in your area.
Heck, even if you see a mom in the store. Don’t be afraid to ask, we moms are never worried about giving our opinion (in good and bad ways)
Low cost activities.

And how to get your kids to eat those healthy snacks!
I am not that creative this am on ideas. I really should be pulling weeds right now Karen you going to come over and help with my landscaping, haha.
But I would love to see natural products from sponsors as well as workout gear.
I need to pull weeds too. I pull them and them it rained and more grew. .I need to go get some good weed killer and spray it all down
I was reading naturally, Dawn soap and water or adding Borax. The problem is you can not grow in that area.
My grandfather would put gasoline down on the weeds to kill them (a old country thing)
Last year I did vinegar, dawn and Epson salt. .it worked but didnt last long
you can use I gallon vinager 2 cups Epson salrtand some dish soap will kill them pesky weeds
oh Erica you know if we were close I would be right over to help you
Summer fun for the family that is free and awareness of the breast cancer along with childhood cancers.
