Today’s Discussion: Sleep Habits, Embarrassing Hair And More
HASHTAG: #AMCoffee

Baby Sleeping, Importance of Sleep

As we are moving into a New Year, many people are taking time to reflect on the year behind us and set their goals, desires and dreams for the new year.

What we all need to understand is that one of the critical parts of our lives is SLEEP. Without a restorative power of sleep we don’t have anything. Our bodies will be declining in a stronger progression with age if and when we avoid our hours of precious zzz’s. We will touch upon sleep here one more time.

And we’ll bring up some discussion on embarrassing hair and blemishes. They are a separate subject from the sleep, but no less important.

This is awesome!!! Sleep is very hard to come by these days for me but yes its very important to take the time out to relax and get those extra hours. Some feel they don’t need that many sleep hours but in reality they do. Folks need to take the time out to do breathing excersises at night time. I try to meditate and pray every night to help with sleep and relax.

      • Carolann Leibenguth says

Right now I am working a turnaround for Marathon Oil I work the first aid trailer and I am on day 5 of 12 hour days so sleep is vital for me. I have to have at least 8 hours of quality sleep in order to be on my A game for my patients.

    • Love this prize, it would be a great help

    • Chrissy McPherson says

I would set this up in the hallway between my kids room & post a HUGE poster board above it with an arrow telling them this is where dirty laundry goes, read the baskets! Maybe this would keep me from having to go through their rooms every day finding dirty clothes under the bed, behind the toy box, under the covers & just strewn about wherever they land when the kids change. My back would THANK YOU & the extra time in the day that I saved would be precious. I might even could start a book! Laundry would be so much easier (considering know you know why its my least favorite chore between the finding of the dirty clothes & then having to sort them)

    • Love this!!!

    • Good morning everyone. 🙂

    • erum shaukat says

would be nice to stay organized with laundry!

    • Jennifer Hiles says

This would make sorting laundry so much nicer. It would fit perfectly beside my washing machine!

    • charity dwight says

This would definitely help, hubby’s work clothes are FR and must be washed a certain way, this would help keep them operate.

    • we still have some of the original laundry baskets we bought when we moved here 10 years ago! we could use a replacement! thanks!

    • Rebecca Swenor says

Love it. It will come in handy for anyone. Thanks Brylane Home. 🙂

    • Catalina Sanchez says

Good Morning! I would let my 7 year old daughter use this bin. I know she would enjoy sorting her own clothes.

    • I would use this nice 2 bin sorter from BrylaneHome to help me keep organized, and save me extra time to do other things. Llike relax and maybe be able to sleep a few extra minutes.

    • Allyson Odell Hunter says

Great idea to make everyone proactive in doing the laundry – not just me!

Sleeping Habits: Do you think sleep plays any role in our health, well-being and accumulating wealth?

We hear a lot that sleep is the least important component of health. – Agree? Disagree?

    3

    sleep benefits

To list some of the SLEEP BENEFITS, here they are ==>

    • Better Memory
    • Lower Body Inflammation
    • Creativity On The Rise
    • Life Cycles of Yours Depends on How Much Sleep You Get or Miss
    • Ability to Learn
    • Success in Building Relationships
    • Success in Maintaining Healthy Weight

For the full list with detailed explanation, check out AM Coffee here, where we discussed the SLEEP BENEFITS to a greater degree.
Sleep is the NO.1 highly UNDER-ESTIMATED part of our life that is being ignored when our well-being is compromised.

    • Carolann Leibenguth says

Sleep absolutely plays an important part in our health and well being. Without proper sleep and eating habits your body has to work twice as hard to accomplish what it normally would. It also effects your mental well being. Proper sleep also leads to wealth because if you don’t get enough sleep you won’t be at your best on the job. Career advancement depends on quality employees. Sleep is one of the more important aspects when talking about our health.

      • One of the hospital systems around here allows their night shift to take naps on their lunch break. Which is a fantastic idea as 20 minutes can refresh you especially when you are working night shift.
The hospital system I work for will fire you if they catch you sleeping even if on your break.

        • Raye Wiedner says

That’s a shame Elicia. You’d think, of all places, a hospital would allow you to do something to help with your health and mental acuity! Bravo to the system that allows it.

    • Sleep is hard for me, as I get older, I think sleep does play a role in our health, #AMCoffee

    • Yes I Believe that if you do not get enough sleep it is bad on your health I agree that you need your sleep to be able to be healthy

    • I do think sleep plays a very important role in your be able to stay Healthy. Without enough sleep you would not have your A game on, you would not be able to think fast enough or correctly because you are tired and a bit slower.

    • erum shaukat says

yes good sleep is key to success i believe. it is hard to come by with little ones but its also a mindset and if you stay focused during the day and sleep well i think everyone is more productive and a lot happier!

      • Cranky mom equals cranky kids. It happens here quite often but then again my son at 3 still does not sleep through the night and when he wakes more than twice I am really cranky in the am.

    • Jennifer Hiles says

I think sleep is very important but I also think the amount of sleep needed for each person differs greatly. I know people that thrive on 4 or 5 hours while I’m much better with 6 to 8. I noticed after a few days with only 4 hours of sleep, my mind is hazy, my skin feels bag, my eyes don’t want to stay open. That does not lead to well-being and wealth for me, especially if I can barely function!

    • charity dwight says

Sleep is very important, without the right about of sleep you cannot function well.

    • I KNOW sleep effects me greatly!!! If I don’t get enough I am out of it! Not as effective!

    • Mandi Gilliam says

I completely disagree that sleep will not affect your health. Lack of sleep can definitely interfere with your job, whether you are a stay at home mom, or you work 12 hours a day. Lack of sleep can cause headaches and confusion. You are definitely NOT your BEST if you haven’t had enough sleep. It’s so hard for me to function properly without a good sleep regimen. It makes it more difficult to stay focused, and when trying to do certain tasks can slow my day down a lot if I’ve not gotten enough sleep! So catching the right amount of zzz’s are very important to me!!

    • Sleep is vital to a lot of things such as beauty, wellness, and mental health. Without the sleep we can look and feel weary and out mental health suffers as well.

    • Rebecca Swenor says

I think sleep is very important. I have fibromyalgia and if I don’t get enough sleep I pay for it physically and mentally. Lack of sleep can cause anxiety, pain and may more thing to happen physically. It also effects you mentally. So the answer is false for least important.

    • Raye Wiedner says

Sleep (or lack of it) absolutely affects every area of your life including mental and physical health. Lack of sleep has been tied to heart problems, high cholesterol, even diabetes. It’s also been found to have played a major role in many accidents over the years, on the highways, job-related, and home.
Lack of sleep can cause depression and anxiety, weight gain, and lack of coordination. In extreme cases it can even cause hallucinations.
When you don’t get enough proper sleep, you’re not going to be able to do your job well, and that’s going to affect your career advancement and income potential.

    • Karen Hinkle says

I know if I don’t get my sleep I wake up moody tired and then I get a migraine and its not good so sleep is a must and make it a routine to go to bed at the same time to get your bogy use to this and make it in a cool room to if its winter to hot and you don’t get that good sleep

    • I totally agree. I have even heard that sleep plays a important role in being able to loose weight.

    Bedroom Decor And Your Sleep

    The Quality of Bed Sheets

    • How Much Sleep Do You Really Need?

    • Carolann Leibenguth says

I like to do a simplified version of yoga before bed it helps relax my body and clear my mind. I do have a sleep sound machine that I sometimes use. I love the sounds of the frogs and crickets and this can just send me off to dream land.

      • The sounds of frogs and crickets would drive me nuts. Although, I could see how it could be relaxing. I sleep with a fan on for white noise. Something that started about 18 years ago by chance. Now I have to sleep with the fan the moment it turns off I am up.
Will have to say that if you want me up in the am all you have to do is turn my fan off!

    • I have a cup of sleepytime tea about a hour before bedtime and I have been using the new sleep air fresheners like Febreze Sleep Serenity Bedroom Mist, Air Effects Moonlit Lavender, makes my bedding and room smell very relaxing.

    • Smell of fresh linen air freshner

    • I take meds daily so they help me fall asleep quickly, but in the event I am unable to sleep I use a calming Lavender that helps me relax and fall asleep. I also take a long relaxing bath with candles.

    • erum shaukat says

I make sure my kids are very active during thehe day and then i can put them to bed oonn time

    • Jennifer Hiles says

I’ve heard that maintaining a regular cycle is the most beneficial. Something about circadian rhythms which makes sense to me. Although, I definitely do not follow those rules. I can’t say that I’ve found any products that work very well for me. I’ve never been a good sleeper. I’d love to find some that worked though!

    • charity dwight says

I wish I had some good sleep tips, I depend alot on Unisom Sleep Melts. Non habit forming and don’t make me drowsy even on 4 hours of sleep. I tried zquil but it put me out for a day and a half. Melatonin didn’t work at all. Ooh, there is a product called midnite, that is all natural and works well too.

    • Rebecca Swenor says

I will take a Melatonin usually 1mg and take a hot bath before bed. I have heard it only takes 21 days to make a habit or get into a routine. It is very important to have a routine for sleep since it is a big part of how your day may go.

    • For some reason if I can not fall asleep I will do crossword puzzles. Something about the mental challenge makes my brain sleepy and I can fall asleep. I have tried the reading a book thing but the problem is I end up not wanting to put it down. One night when I could not fall asleep I was up until 4a reading a book even though I was tired because I wanted to finish it and see how it ended.
As for my son well, he doesn’t sleep through the night however that said when he gets a bath before bed he falls asleep faster.

    • Mandi Gilliam says

My tip would be to try and set a time every night to go to bed. Routine can be soo important. Also don’t have long naps during the day, as that can keep you up at night. Taking a nice bath, with calming lavender right before bed can help a lot too. Don’t sleep with your TV on as studies have shown that people that do often get woken up a lot in the middle of the night, subconsciously, and can make you feel like you didn’t get any sleep at all! I am living proof of that, lol. I used to keep my TV on all the time, which would make it hard to sleep because I would get interested in a TV show and end up not going to sleep, and I also left the TV on all night. After changing that bad habit, I get much better sleep now. 😉

      • We removed the tv from our bedroom years ago. It was the best thing, no more late nights watching television.

        • Mandi Gilliam says

Yeah same for me elicia!!!! No more tv in the bedroom has been soo much better for my sleep!!! It was hard to do after 20 yrs of watching tv and falling asleep with it on. But now I could never go back to it!!

    • Raye Wiedner says

Meditation is a great way to relax and calm yourself before bedtime (or anytime really).
Chamomile tea is good to relax with. Some natural sleep aids are Valerian and Melatonin, which might help some people. Exercise is important, but it needs to be at least 4 hours before bedtime.
I’ve read that if you can’t sleep at night, you may need more light during the day to adjust your body to it’s natural circadian rhythms. Even 15 minutes of sunlight in the morning helps.
Aromatherapy is a great way to relax you as well.
I think the most important thing is to set a schedule and stick to it, even on weekends and vacations.

    • michelle passwaters says

To get better sleep u really need to develops a pattern for a lot of people this is hard to do with work schedules and having children in the house puts a dent in it as well, but in my home we try to go to bed around eleven every night and put the kids to bed around ten I know its a late bedtime for them but we know they are sleepy by then and we can all get a good sleep. And also try to avoid naps for yourself during the day because u will just be up all night watching TV and feel horrible again the next day. And avoid letting your child take more than a thirty to forty- five minute nap so they will be tired at bedtime. Also on occasion we might take some melatonin it all natural supplement and even safe for children to take if you can’t sleep this was recommended by a doctor.

    • Karen Hinkle says

yes make your sleeping room comfy and dark and not to hot keep it a little cooler help you sleep better and try to make your sleep time around the same time gets your body in a routine

    • Try to be on schedule and make a habit or routine of going to sleep at the same time every night. I also agree with what Karen has to say about the room being dark and cool. I find music helps me relax and go to sleep.

    embarrassing hair

Embarassing Hair – What do you do with it?

    – What products and services would you recommend for hair removal from places where it is just embarrassing to have it?

Women who suffer from excessive facial hair – or hirsutism – can feel extremely self-conscious, but the condition is not uncommon and affects up to 15% of women.

It is Always a good thing to go to your doctor for consultation. It could be hormone disruption that causes a sudden hair growth, and you need to know what the cause of it is!

For those who are born with more hair than others, there are ways to contain that hair growth with techniques that have been proven safe.
I hear from different people whom I know that they had to try several techniques to find the one that works for them.

There are creams and lotions for hair removal, there are hair removal procedures. All needs to be researched by you to LEARN first what it takes to remove the hair. Do your Research on Every Facility you go to that offers hair removal. There are a lot that do not have well-trained personnel. Check out their reputation, get to know clients where it is possible. Get as much info as you can, before you get your health into their hands, literally.

Overall, do not get sad or hopeless. You can get the looks that do not embarrass you. Just takes time to figure it our for your body.

    • Carolann Leibenguth says

I wish I had the funds to invest in permanent hair removal, but until that goal is met, I have my hair stylist wax any unwanted facial hair and I shave the other unwanted.

    • I just deal with unwanted hair, simple maintenance pluck, shave, often

    • If I Had funds I would recommend proffessionals but at this time plucking is it

    • erum shaukat says

i like to thread and wax unwanted hair!

    • I shave in those special areas. Plucking is to painful for me.

    • Jennifer Hiles says

If I could afford it, I would most definitely get the laser hair removal. Can you imagine never having to shave or pluck again? Oh the hours I would save! I’m thinking at least 10 minutes each morning to shave my legs and underarms, 15 minutes plucking my eyebrows. That’s 25 minutes a day!! Multiply that times 365… Ok, well I confess, I don’t shave my legs 365 days a year but you get the idea!

    • charity dwight says

Has any one tried the nono? I wonder how that works.

      • CoffeeTime says

        Charity,
I am wondering if this device works as well.
Researched its actions, but still am not convinced if it does provide what we need.
The best thing is to test it.

      • Mandi Gilliam says

It doesn’t work 🙁 leaves your hair stubby and prickly.

        • CoffeeTime says

Oh, my, so nice to know it, Mandi!
You tried it already, didn’t you?
Thank you for sharing this one!

PS: I tried as a sample to get rid of my leg hair. I could barely contain the pain during the procedure. I walked out.

          • Mandi Gilliam says

Yes I did try it and it was not worth the money and I never did get my money back when I told them it didn’t work! Now it’s in my hunk of junk!! Lol

      • Raye Wiedner says

I have a friend who used the nono. She said it works fairly well but not as well as the ads led her to believe. It also leaves a horrible ‘burnt hair’ smell that she couldn’t stomach.

    • Rebecca Swenor says

I guess we are talking about bikini line etc. I shave but I have found out that as I age I have less hair for removal. I don’t know if others have found this but I like it.

      • It is true. The older you get the less hair that comes in. It goes also for when you pluck/wax your eyebrows the more you do it and the older you get the less likely that the hair will grow back.
Think the bombshells in the 30’s 40’s. They would pencil in their brows. Many of them because they waxed/plucked it off so much later on had no brows!

      • Raye Wiedner says

I had a 98 year old lady tell me a few years ago, that the older we get the less hair we have where we want it, and the more we have where we don’t, and then she pointed to a hair on her chin. lol

    • Pluck it!
I will say this about 5 years ago I got electrolysis for under my chin as I was having hairs pop up out of nowhere. It worked great. Then I got pregnant and had my son. Now I swear I have hairs worse than before. I really think the hormones played a huge part in it.
After I am done having children I will try the electrolysis again as it worked the first time. Let’s just hope menopause doesn’t get it out of whack again and I would have to do it again.

    • Mandi Gilliam says

I simply shave and or wax. No special products!! Did try the no no system but it didn’t work.

    • Raye Wiedner says

I go with waxing or shaving the intimate areas. Nair now has a product for those areas but I’m terrified of a chemical hair remover near my lady bits. I don’t want to be the woman trying to explain to the doctor in the E.R. why I’m burned there!

      • Karen Hinkle says

@ Raye I am with u on this one how you doing

        • Raye Wiedner says

Doing okay here thanks Karen. Hubby has felt better and doing better physically since we had a few nice warm days. When he does well, I do well. How are things with you and yours?

    • lindy bee giordano says

I know I messed up but with the many drugs and steroids Ive been on I noticed I was growing hair and silly me I shaved it and paying for it now. lol Oh well Ill have a beard someday and maybe even thicker than my husbands if I vermarry hahaha

    • If money wasn’t an object I’d try the NONO hair removal. I either wax, tweeze, or shave which an be time consuming. Looking for something that works better. I’m right their with Lindy. I didn’t have a problem till I had a Hysterectomy.

    • Carolann Leibenguth says

If there is a woman among us who has no blemishes hats off lol. We all have things about us that are not what we would like them to be. Lorel makes a great foundation primer that helps with blemishes and fills in pores. Using sun screen also will help prevent sun spots and if you have the extra money to burn chemical peels are amazing.

    • If I eat too much chocolate I do see breakouts on my face, and go back to my teenager routine, soap & water and some acne cream

    • Never have had that problem yet and hoping never will

    • erum shaukat says

i put tea tree oil on blemishes to help clear them up

    • I use on a daily basis the medicated wipes and facial scrubs. If I do get a blemish I put the clean & clear blemish cream right before bed and let it stay there overnight.

    • Jennifer Hiles says

I’ve read recently that cutting dairy products out of your diet will help significantly with blemish problems. I honestly can’t imagine not eating cheese, milk, yogurt, etc. I think I’d end up starving! But nonetheless, I hear it works.

      • I have heard this as well. After my son was born I cut dairy out as he had a mild milk protein allergy. Not only did I lose my baby weight off fast but my skin did look good.
I will tell you that it was one of the hardest things I did, cutting dairy out. After a while though it became habit and I did not miss it.

    • charity dwight says

You know I didn’t have too much of a problem with zits until I turned 30. Now I just try to wall my face often and use make up to cover them up.

    • Rebecca Swenor says

I have been very lucky in this area because I hardly ever get blemishes. If I do I will cover them up with cover up.

    • Mandi Gilliam says

Makeup is always my solution for blemishes. But I also you face masks and exfoliants to help as well!

    • michelle passwaters says

Yafter having children I have always had a problem with breakouts horrible ones! Every time its almost cleared up it comes back! But what I use is clean and clear blemish kit so far is working its almost cleared up for now lol but I always use blemish healing make up found at Walmart it seems to dry the blemish out quickly. The only problem with my products are it leaves dry spots so be sure to moisturize after using them! Also I do cake on my make up which is horrible for my acne so I try to only where it when needed and have a naked face at home, but I need to run to the store I’ll throw on foundation but take it off when I get home.

    • Raye Wiedner says

Tea tree oil is fabulous for spot treatment of blemishes.
Oil washing, although it sounds counter productive, actually seems to help with blemishes. The added bonus is that your skin is moisturized and soft.
To cover them, other than makeup, I don’t really know of anything. The problem with that is that most makeup just exacerbates the problem and you end up with more blemishes.

      • Raye,
There are foundations out there that have acne fighting ingredients in them. However, at the moment I can’t think of them.

        • Raye Wiedner says

Elicia, I’ll have to look for those for the rare times I wear makeup. I used to wear it daily, but since hubby’s accident, I’m lucky if I manage to put on mascara when I go out lol. I decided last week that I really need to start doing more to feel better for myself now that things have leveled out a bit. I plan on getting my hair cut (haven’t done that either and it shows!), and doing a little more primping.

    • I Try to use Timewise 3 in one from MaryKay everyday and keep a good moisturizer on year round with a high sunscreen level. I feel good skin care is a must.

  7. Good Morning, sleep and I don’t get along. And it definitely plays a role in my health. I would suggest, if people are only getting cat naps or 2 -3 hours of sleep, they should be tested for sleep apnea, It literally turned my life around.

I know the feeling believe me. Chronic pain is the worst and your sleep is a big part of not having it. I have it because of fibromyalgia and it is sometimes so hard to get to sleep. It is worse when dogs are snoring and I wake them up because I can’t get to sleep. I am jealous of them and I get so mad.

      • Allyson Odell Hunter says

Another Fibro person! I can so relate to having difficulty sleeping. Chronic pain is the pits and it seems to get worse when everyone else is sleeping and you wish you were too. Hope you see some improvements!

  15. Lee Mckoen says

I have a very hard time sleeping. I am a chronic worrier and am always thinking about something and it keeps me awake!

    • Lee,
Keep a pad of paper and a pencil/pen next to your bed. When you are thinking about something that worries you or forgot. Write it down, this way in the am you can deal with it.

One of my BEST discoveries EVER is Polar Pillow!

It is a naturally cool pillow that allows me to fall asleep and enjoy it any time of the year.

The first pillow I got was taken away from me by my… Toddler! He was sick one day with fever over 103, and I gave him Polar pillow to ease the heat. He kept it since that time! He teases me now I don’t have that pillow any more.

Well, I got another one for me!

    • I’d like to add to the first one mentioned about unwinding. Leave a pen and paper handy next to your bed. When you are lying there and trying to fall asleep but have one hundred and one things going through your head ie. to do tasks. write your thinkings on the paper this way you will not have to worry about forgetting them.

      • CoffeeTime says

        Elicia,
This is an AWESOME one – to have pen and paper by your bed.

Usually what happens to me is Creative ideas that do not come in a normal way of the day!

        Love this one!

        • It is great. I tell my patients to do this when they tell me they can’t sleep due to thinking too much. It works as I have had patients tell me so.

  24. Good Morning! Getting a good night’s sleep is so important!

I need to teach my 11 yr old son and hubby how to do laundry appropriately lol. Their method? Throw everything in together no Matter the color, put on cold wash, make mom fold lol!!! This would be great to win so that not only can I teach them but so that I can stay better organized as well! Instead of having to go pick up their clothes that are all over the place…. I could get them to sort and put their clothes in here!!! Thanks for the opportunity to win celebrate woman today and brylan homes!

    • CoffeeTime says

      Mandi,
It is important to get the whole family on the wagon to help you out with the laundry. And sorting out things DOES help and saves you time.

I received one of these bins with 3 sorting bags: Colors, Darks, Light, and my toddler is ecstatic that he can sort and read and sort again!

      • Mandi Gilliam says

Trying to get them not to fall “off the wagon” in a week is nearly impossible LOL

      • Mandi Gilliam says

And I’m glad your toddler is finding it soo much fun! 😉 this would definitely be a great way to get my 11 yr old and my 32 year old in shape with the laundry hahaha

    • Jennifer Hiles says

I’ve heard about these, I’m very interested in getting one.

    • Raye Wiedner says

I’d actually like to have one for hubby. He’s diabetic and gets night sweats a lot. I can always tell when he falls asleep, because I can literally feel his body temperature rise. I’ve told him, when his lights go out, his oven comes on!
I’m betting this would help him sleep better.

    • After looking at your post above about it and the mention of helping with the fever. Of course. I was actually going to look further into it.

    • Rebecca Swenor says

That is a real good one. It would be awesome. 🙂

    • Allyson Odell Hunter says

I really like the polar pillow! In Texas it stays hot at night all Summer long and into the Fall. You wake up with a sweaty head. This would be a wonderful solution.

    • Sounds so wonderful. I’m very hot natured and love all the tips about the Polar Pillow thank you!

    • Mandi Gilliam says

      I need one of these!!!!

  27. Raye Wiedner says

Just saw this! Better late than never, I guess. I hope everyone is of to a good start this morning. I have coffee now, so I’m good. 🙂

    • CoffeeTime says

      Allyson,
      You’re not late at all!

So much to read up on and learn a lot of things from our community.
I picked up at least 2 new things I was wondering about:

      1. If ‘nono’ hair removal works –> based on the answers, it’s does, but to a great degree less than what they advertise. Plus, it smells of burnt hair! OOOph!

      2. What the majority of our women prefer to do with the unwanted hair – simply shave it. Though, we’re still looking all the time for better solutions to remove hair from unwanted areas.

      • CoffeeTime,
Why couldn’t it be the men who are desired to not have hair. Why does us women have to be the ones!!!!

      • Allyson Odell Hunter says

Thanks- I’m enjoying reading all of the tips as well. I see that others have joined after me, so I guess I’m not alone. 🙂 It’s a fun way to begin the day – Hope you have a great one!

  30. Karen Hinkle says

wow so much going on here I am trying to read lots of great info her you all rocking this morning great advice

  31. Catalina Sanchez says

Good Morning! I would let my 7 year old daughter use this bin. I know she would enjoy sorting her own clothes.

  32. Rebecca Swenor says

Does anyone know if the NO NO works for hair remove In bikini area etc. ?

    • Mandi Gilliam says

The no no is not a good product. That’s just my opinion but I have read lots of user reviews and it doesn’t leave your skin feeling soft and such. Leaves a prickly stubble! Far too much work to never see the results you see as advertised on TV and they have a satisfaction guarantee but when you called un satisfied they don’t just give you your money back, they tell you to continue using the product and then if it doesn’t work to call back after so long. When you call back you get the same story. Never was reimbursed! And the smell of it is disgusting and unbearable!
