Good Morning, Beautiful?

What has been amazing this week is that many of you had a blast of a time here at #AMCoffee. We got so many interactions, responses, sharing and valued tips that these roundups are a simple must for everyone to see what’s going on in the Daily AM Coffee!

We launched our Monday with the Beauty Gismos and Gadgets that could be actually… Effective! Obviously, the price tag on some is pretty high, but the point is that we know What and Where and How Much, so we could make our own decision to check into the product or not.

Then we had a cool discussion on the 7 signs for Unhealthy Heart that are not obvious and not that very frequently publicized. Getting this information out and repeat it does save lives. I am very happy we’ve done it this summer!

We are food lovers here, aren’t we? That’s why we always are on the look out for information that could make a favorable change for those who needs it. That’s why the High Protein Foods from plant sources was yet another very interesting topic to be reminded of.

Scroll down and see what we’ve done in the span of 5 days this past week and enjoy. Celebrate your health and ability to embrace changes that would benefit your well-being. And Health is one vital component of it.

PLEASE SEE ALL POINTS OF 7 SIGNS FOR UNHEALTHY HEART HERE

Many people are simply under the impression that heart is not about their health. The truth is that we never know what could happen to us.
To be AWARE and KNOW more about our health is a great chance to have when the unfortunate situation strikes.

What was most surprising for you to learn or be reminded from the 7 Signs of Unhealthy Heart?

One of the most “unforeseen” is Sexual dysfunction.
    ource: Caring.com

Something cardiologists know but the average guy doesn’t: Erectile dysfunction (ED) is one of the best early tip-offs to progressive heart disease. “Today, any patient who comes in with ED should be considered a cardiovascular patient until proven otherwise,” says Goldstein. In women, reduced blood flow to the genital area can impede arousal, make it harder to reach orgasm, or make orgasms less satisfying.

Scary stat: Researchers at the Mayo clinic followed men ages 40-49 with erectile dysfunction and found they were twice as likely to develop heart disease as those with no sexual health problems. Another study looked backward and found that two out of three men being treated for cardiovascular disease had suffered from erectile dysfunction, often for years, before they were diagnosed with heart trouble.

Why it happens: Narrowing and hardening of the arteries restricts blood flow to the penis, which can give men trouble when it comes to getting or keeping an erection. And because those arteries are smaller than the ones leading to the heart, erectile dysfunction can occur before any other sign of artery stiffness. Lack of oxygen can also lead to ongoing fatigue and weakness, which can sabotage libido, so lack of desire may accompany lack of success.

    What to do:
If you or your partner has difficulty getting or maintaining an erection or has problems with sexual satisfaction, that’s reason enough to visit your doctor to investigate cardiovascular disease as an underlying cause. Get a full workup to assess possible causes of erectile dysfunction or difficulty with orgasm. (Guys, see your GP, not just a urologist; gals, don’t just see an ob/gyn.) If your doctor doesn’t mention heart tests, request them.

It seems since a very young age, I have always craved foods with protein which I find interesting. I am going to have to try the ones I didn’t know about.

I love buckwheat and you know what i need to find the buckwheat pancake mix they are amazing and did not realize how good they were for you

    • Raye Wiedner says

After reading this, I checked with the tiny little health food store in town. They are willing to order anything they don’t always carry. Solves the problems of where to find some of these in a tiny little rural area.

SEE ALL POINTS OF DISCUSSION WITH DETAILS ON DAILY RADIATION SOURCES HERE

We live in a world that is “bombarding” us with radiation day-in, day-out. All electronics, be it a personal care item or a kitchen gadget, has some amount of radiation it emits.

The question that has been raised: Is it safe to be exposed to radiation we are in our daily life.

Obviously, we accumulate radiation from daily sources. Some foods have capabilities to “carry out” radiation out of our bodies. Plus, What we could do is Shop for those items that have a GREEN label when it comes to Radiation emissions.

What was your most UNEXPECTED place/object of Radiation that you learned about?

    drinking water

    • Rebecca Swenor says

It is funny because I just thought about this subject a few minutes ago when I heated up my coffee. This is before I read yesterdays topic because I missed it but am doing after today’s. 🙂 I think the water and the TV’s was the most shocking parts for me.

    • Raye Wiedner says

I think the one that jolted me the most was well water. I should have realized it, but it’s just one of those things that I never even thought about.

    • Katrina A. says

Drinking water and soil surprised me most.
