Hello! This year am trying to keep a positive internal dialog to myself. I struggled last year just aloowing myself to be happy to figure I will will myself into it.

Having a couple cups of good coffee is GREAT and good for health, too. I read a ton of studies that say coffee is beneficial for our health.

Whether it is your body or your face/neck skin, it is a powerful thing to exfoliate.
For your body, use the BEFORE shower exfoliation, rather than doing it in the shower. Using soft sponge or self-made sugar exfoliating scrub, you can easily achieve a better, stronger, healthier skin when you do it regularly.
For face/neck areas, use gentle scrubs and devices like FOREO, that clean your skin while tone it as well.
The benefits of exfoliation will be felt immediately and seen within a short period of time. The stimulated skin will get more blood sent to the surface of your skin, thus supplying it with more nutrients, oxygen and cleaning it from the by-products of chemical reactions as a natural way of living.
Then, and only then, apply our magnificent angi-aging serums and creams, lotions and actives to your body and face/neck areas to get the maximum effect from the products.
I exfoliate my face and arms often but no other part of my body. Would love to be able to exfoliate my back!

Try to use dry or fresh rosemary in your life. I have a few pots with herbs like rosemary sitting on my windowsill. Smell it every time you can – feel more invigorated!
I have never been interested in rosemary until I read this! I want to get some for my window sill also. Along with maybe some washes of lotions. I need all the stress relief I can get.
I LOVE the invigorating smell of rosemary. I COOK with it, too. Fish is really good with aromas.
I cut out a twig to drop into fish sauce and in my soups. Just a little bit. Do not go overboard!

Here are some simple, yet so affordable recipes for your own Toner and Facial Mask for the WINTER time!
TONER RECIPE
2 parts water
1 part organic apple cider vinegar
Place it in a small glass bottle and use daily after cleansing, exfoliating your skin.
PUMPKIN MASK
3 Tbsp Pumpkin puree, use canned one
1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp Honey
Mix well, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Apply on your face and neck, avoid eye areas, leave for 10-15 minutes.
Wash off with warm water.
Pat dry and apply your favorite actives!

I love homemade masks that dont break the bank and I know exactly whats in them (unlike alot of the ones in the stores)
#4 BE A PET FAN
Such simple things like SMILING and PETTING your dog or cat cat lower stress, anxiety levels and make you feel centered on your daily life. So stop for a moment, smell your roses – or rosemary! – and pet your pets!
That is why those pets that are certified to be Service pets go to hospitals and shelters to bring relief to the people who suffered from illness, stress, trauma.
Take this little “hack” into account and start petting your own dog or cat daily.
I know I could use a pet fr stress relief. All my doggies and kitties have since pasted.
I am too nboard with this one and have more pets than the average person but I have to agree they do make me feel better (and my kids) on top of other benefits like teaching responsibility and love beyond species
#5 TEND TO YOUR TEETH
TEETH are on “display” all the time when we are in public. We speak, we laugh, we express our emotion – with all these natural actions teeth show themselves to the world.
As the years go by, the appearance and the coloration of our teeth change, and for some people it could be a very dramatic change.
Lifestyle, that is food and care of your teeth, can extend or lessen the appearance and health of your teeth.

SPRINKLE some Baking Soda on your toothbrush for a few days and see the difference!
I love all the different uses for baking soda. Great natural thing to use. Unfortunately I have very bad teeth and no amount of baking soda would help. At least I know how to give my son advise on what not to do with your teeth.
me too :/ but whitening them has made me feel better for a week or two in the past until my bad habits (coffee/cigs) restain them up anyway
I wish I had tended to them better after I left home 18 yrs ago and became more negligent of my own needs while tending to a houseful of children.
